My Time at Clarity Innovations
During my time at Clarity Innovations, I had the privilege of working with multiple teams, including the Veterans Affairs team, Kessel Run, BESPIN, Space Force and the Social Media team. I took on various roles and responsibilities, inspiring and teaching my teammates about the techniques I had learned through self-learning. I also took courses, earned certifications, and attended conferences to enhance my skills.
Space Force
Within Space Force, I took on the roles of Researcher, Documentation Specialist, Product Designer, Visual Designer, User Experience Designer, and User Interaction Designer.
I am creating a new design system and application for the Space Force, serving as a one-stop application for Guardians.
Veterans Affairs
In the Veterans Affairs team, I held multiple roles such as Researcher, Data Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Product Designer, Visual Designer, User Experience Designer, and User Interaction Designer. The United States of America has been undergoing a digital transformation to improve the experience of accessing services for all Americans. With executive orders from the presidency, I contributed to the enhancement of the Veteran’s Affairs Customer Experience (CX) Design.
To address the challenges in this space, I employed an Accessibility and Human-Centered Design approach. This involved analyzing the existing product to ensure compliance with 508 accessibility standards for users with disabilities such as visual impairment and hearing loss. I conducted over 20 interviews to assess the accessibility and success of the product.
As a result, I played a significant role in the modernization efforts of Veterans Affairs, incorporating disability inclusion into their products.
Kessel Run
Within Kessel Run, a division of the United States Air Force’s Digital Directorate, I took on the roles of Researcher, Data Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Product Designer, Visual Designer, User Experience Designer, and User Interaction Designer. Kessel Run is responsible for several Programs of Record and is an Agile Delivery Organization. Our goal was to sustain the existing Air Operations Center baseline while building a scalable software factory to create intuitively designed Command and Control systems that operate effectively in highly contested environments.
Social Media
During my time at Clarity, I also contributed to the Media and Marketing team. My responsibilities included creating hiring posts, raising awareness for holidays, and producing videos.
Here are examples of some of work:

Challenge Coin
Clarity Innovations holds a monthly Tech Talk where members present on topics related to technology in the private sector, government sector security, or overall technological advancements. I had the privilege of designing a unique Challenge Coin as a gift for the speakers of these Tech Talks. The Challenge Coin holds significant value for those who have participated in the Tech Talks, drawing inspiration from its military tradition.

Solution and Impact
My experience at Clarity Innovations was truly enriching, as it allowed me to be part of a remarkable company and teams dedicated to serving the government sector. The challenges in this space are immense, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and talent to cater to the diverse user base of the United States. I was able to demonstrate to my teams that innovation and creativity can be instrumental in solving the problems faced by our nation
